Solcalante’s cooking class (3/6 days)

First day (saturday)

  • Arrival at the Naples Airport and transfer to neaples’ harbor , where you find the ferry for procida’s island. In the Procida’s harbor there’s the transfer to the SOLCALANTE HOTEL.
  • After check- in , relax in hotel ( you can enjoy the hotel’s spa).
  • At 19.00 pm chef meets the guests during a welcome drink chef Graziella will give you an overview of the week’s itinerary.
  • Dinner on the panoramic terrace outside.

Second day (Sunday)

  • The second day begins with breakfast : cakes , pies , and homemade jam. Then everybody in the kitchen, to learn the Sunday’s tipical menù.
  • In order to use exclusively seasonal products , menù may changed.
  • You will learn to cook a complete menù , pasta , meat , side dish and desert. And then : sit down to eat!
  • In the afternoon all togheter to prepare Limoncello.
  • Evening free.

Third day (monday)

  • After breakfast you are free , you can visit the old town or go swimming.
  • We will meet with in the main port . We wait the fishing boats . We visit the fish market , We choose the fish to cook together.
  • Dinner and wine tasting.

Fourth day (Tuesday)

  • Breakfast and check out for “three day’s” program’s guests.
  • After breakfast: lovely boat ride with procida’s traditional boat “ Gozzo”.
  • Just on boat you can visit every procida’s bay ( you can book a kayak tour ) Packed lunch.
  • Dinner on the hotel’s terrace.

Fifth day (Wednesday)

  • Breakfast will follow the class. Hands on class based on “the comfort food’s queen” LA POLPETTA , from starts to desserts , A funny lesson based on the most famous italian food.
  • Then lunch with meatballs and a selection of red campanian wines.

Sixth day (Thursday)

  • Breakfast and mini tour in the “organic garden” where we usually buy vegetables , fresh eggs and fruits.
  • Follow the class about the “farmer traditional meal”.
  • In the evening after dinner , greetings with a lovely present for our guests : homemade jam and “limoncello”.

Seventh day (Friday)

  • Breakfast and check out.
  • Transfer to the port and then to the airport.
